• Continuous Location Tracking: We collect the driver’s location data to enable real-time tracking of rides by supervisors and administrators. This ensures passenger safety and facilitates ride monitoring.
• Purpose: Location data is collected only when the driver is logged into the App and is actively providing ride services. Tracking stops once the driver logs out.

1.2 Login Information

• QR Code Scanning: Drivers log in by scanning a QR code displayed on the car assigned to them.
• Meter Reading: Drivers are required to capture an image of the car’s meter and manually enter the meter reading during login.
• Selfie Upload: Drivers upload a selfie to the server for identification and verification purposes.

1.3 Automatically Collected Information

• Device Information: Basic device information (e.g., device model, operating system version) may be collected for troubleshooting and improving the App’s functionality.

2. How We Use the Collected Information

The information collected through the App is used to:

• Provide real-time location updates to supervisors and administrators for ride monitoring purposes.
• Ensure the safety of passengers by enabling supervisors to track ongoing rides.
• Improve and maintain the App’s performance.

3. Information Sharing

We do not share your information with any third party. The information collected is strictly used for the purposes stated in this Privacy Policy.

4. Data Security

We take appropriate security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Your Choices

• Granting Location Access: The App will prompt you to grant location access. If you do not grant access, the App’s functionality will be limited.
• Battery Optimization: You may be prompted to disable battery optimization to ensure continuous location tracking.

6. Data Retention

We retain your location data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of tracking rides and complying with legal requirements. Once the purpose is fulfilled, the data is deleted.

7. No Account Creation in the App

Drivers cannot create accounts through the App. All accounts are registered through our backend system, and credentials are provided to registered drivers.

8. No Ads and No Additional Data Collection

The App does not display advertisements. We do not collect any personal information such as name, date of birth, or other identifying details through the App.

9. Geographic Restriction

This App is intended for use only within the United Arab Emirates (UAE). By using the App, you confirm that you are operating within this region.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
